International Shipping and Special Requests

We do accept returns for store credit or money back. We do have a strict policy of the return time in order to prevent the cigars from being damaged. If you have a problem with the cigars, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your cigars. We document the delivery of all cigars on your account and will not accept returns after 3 full days. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the cigars back to us should you want a return.
